Meet Dr. Alexis!
She graduated from Chatham University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, in 2015. She is certified in Soft Tissue Techniques, Kinesiotaping, IASTM and Laser Therapy. With a passion for movement and rehabilitation, she specializes in client-specific treatment plans designed to help patients recover quickly and effectively.
Growing up in Dundas, Dr. Alexis played competitive hockey and went on to play collegiate hockey at Chatham University. Her personal experience with sports injuries fuels her commitment to evidence-based care, ensuring that patients not only recover from pain but also gain the tools to prevent future injuries.
Dr. Alexis takes an active approach to patient care, making sure each individual is involved in their recovery process. She works with a variety of patients, from athletes, weekend warriors and pre/post natal women, helping them get back to doing what they love as quickly as possible.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Alexis enjoys lifting weights, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with her husband and pup. She’s always looking for new adventures and loves hearing recommendations from her patients!

Neha graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from McMaster University. Later, she received a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from University of Toronto in 2007. She recently completed her second Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Science at McMaster University. She has successfully completed her Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy and is an Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapist (OMPT). She is involved in various teaching/tutoring opportunities along with participating in rehabilitation research at McMaster University. In addition to clinical practice, she works as an examiner for Physiotherapy National Examination with Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy. She is also an assessor for College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Neha has special focus in the area of orthopaedic physiotherapy for over 17 years working with multidisciplinary teams through private practice. She is a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). She has been part of the Cervical Overview Research Group. She is an author of a Cochrane systematic review on neck pain.
Neha also has advanced education in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation and has been treating such disorders for last 11 years. She works in collaboration with medical teams, allied health professionals, and insurance companies. Neha offers a patient-centred approach with individualized, one-on-one care plan. EFT supports clients to connect and express their emotions in a conscious and confident way which supports the process and provides lasting positive change in relationships.
CBT fosters awareness and change with unhelpful patterns and behaviours.
EMDR helps treat the memory and nervous system related to adverse experiences to reduce distress and current triggers affecting a person’s quality of life.
Combining these evidence-based practices with client-centered and trauma-informed care, Devon supports and gently challenges clients to move toward their healing and thriving goals.
She helps clients reduce stress through self-awareness, mindfulness, breathwork, and the mind–body connection to foster resilience and fulfillment. Her sessions often incorporate practical mindfulness techniques, coping strategies, and breathwork to help clients tap into inner strengths, feel more in control, and reconnect with their sense of wholeness and well-being.
She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals (16+) navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, and stress related to work, relationships, and the challenges of life experiences.
Reiki
Devon also offers Reiki as a separate offering at Bodywise. Devon has been offering Reiki since 2010 when she received her Level One training, which then she followed with Level Two shortly thereafter, and became a Reiki Master in 2020. Over the years, Devon has found Reiki to be incredibly supportive for clients, offering both clarity and relief during stressful times. It serves as a wonderful reset—whether at different points throughout the year or through life’s various transitions. Note: Reiki session receipts do not include Devon’s Psychotherapy certification as they are a separate service. There is the option to add a 30 minute psychotherapy session to a Reiki session to allow for additional processing, skill building, and talk therapy associated to the Reiki session and your current life circumstances.
